Quite a while ago i purchased the Epson cartridge resetting program
and I wanted you to know it works like a charm,i was able to fill and
reset my epson cartridges 6 times before the cartridges quality went
bad. My question is can i purchase refill ink in the single 2.35 oz
bottles because i still have the the 12 cc syringes from my first kit
I purchased from you.If the answer is yes can i have a price list of
the single bottles of ink.

Thank you for your response. In today's day and age, it's heart warming to find
"people" at the other end of the e-mail link.
Good news. Evidently the print head or the print cartridge was in need of
help.
I originally cleaned the print head (as you suggested) prior to the 'arrival' of
your response. And originally it had no effect. The next day, I tried another
refilled color cartridge and after about 45 minutes of 'sitting' the color
printing returned, however, the black (on white) printing 'left.' I tried another black cartridge and, again, after a short while the black printing
returned. everything seems to be working fine now. It's comforting to know that the software ultimately has no influence on the hard drive.
Thanks for the opportunity to "save, big time" by refilling, and providing a
"work-around" for the notorious "chip."
I am really very happy with the product, even more so now, knowing that there are
actually "people" to help.

Just some feedback. I bought your refill kit last April for my Canon BJC-6000.
Though skeptical at first, once I got the hang of it I was able to refill the
cartridges in less than 30 minutes complete, including cleanup. Considering the
fact that my kids love printing, your kit has saved me many times over the cost of
the kit.
Two questions. I started to notice that places like Sam's Club have "Universal"
refill kits. Are your inks different for different printer manufacturers, or are
the all the same? Also, when should (if ever) I clean the cartridge (other than
using the maintenance utility)? I was curious, as I notice that you sell
cartridge cleaners.

Obviously, it will not affect how YOU feel, although it will partially excuse my dumb questions to ME---but, I should not have attempted doing ANYTHING at the exact time I initially attempted to refill the printer cartridge. Partial sedation is not a desirable component of a "recipe" for any such task.

89 year old Mother insists on printing out EVERY email that she
receives so she therefore runs out of ink constantly. She is using a
Canon BJC-5000 and the main Black cartridge is a BC-23. I cannot find
a reference in your information for refilling the BC-23. Is it
possible to use the kit that I purchased for my Lexmark Z42 to refill
this Canon cartridge. There is a small indentation at the top of the
cart that looks like I could drill it out and then refill it. Would I
need to seal the hole afterwards?

Thanks for being so comprehensive, you like myself, need to be totally
asssured that things are going right and in spite of buying through
internet being such a fabulous thing I have always been a little wary
of using it. Next thing we will have to work out is how to reduce the
mailing costs, your product is costing me double just to get it here
(England), and in spite of that, if your inks are truly good and
refill at least the minimum they say they will it will only be a fifth

cartridge a couple of days ago. Amazingly easy to use and step by step
instructions very clear. Only problem I had was I didn't use the
plastic gloves so had to wash off the ink that I got on my hands
accidentally. You can't take care of all user goof ups but this system
is pretty much idiot proof.

I own a small Drafting & Design firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. I
produce full size construction drawings for residential and commercial
architecture. I was a true skeptic, but after purchasing a refil kit
for my HP Design Jet large format plotter, I am a converted beliver in
the inkjet refil industry! The cartridges for my plotter cost roughly
$30.00 each, brand new -- that with the cost of paper and maintenance
adds up quickly. Your literature is 100% accurate that the
manufacturers makes the technology seem unreachable, and impossible to
refil their products. I was very afraid to use the refil kit the first
time for fear of having wasted $20.00, potentially harming my
equipment, and worst of all, being stuck not being able to print when
I needed give a client their drawings. The [refilling] process was
relatively easy (though a little messy the first time), and after only
one test sheet, the prints look great! Your product more than paid for
itself in the first 15 minutes after it arrived. Anyone not refilling
their inkjet cartridges is wasting a LOT of money.

negative hype I have heard first hand. Geez, it was so easy I look
forward to refilling again-since I know I am saving major bucks.

I have been referring friends to your site too, but PLEASE, list
Apollo printers on your site. I told friends to go by the cartridge
number, but they want to see their printer listed.

I am so happy to be a repeat customer! I do a lot of photo printing
from my digital camera on my Epson Stylus Color 980 printer. The
prints come out looking as though they came from a professional
processor. Your service has been impeccable -- delivery was very fast
and the quality more than satisfactory. If I really get brave in the
future, I may try refilling my own cartridges. But for now, I am able
to recycle them through envelopes provided by Costco that recycle the
cartridge and send $2 for each to the Children's Miracle Network. If
you know of any other type of recycling for used in cartridges, please
let me know.

re-filling since the HP 500 and I believe the re-inking of this high-tech
HP 940 was easier. My first print was the HP setup with parallel lines and

Received your refill kit for the Epson 777 last week
and used it several times this weekend. Excellent product. Much easier
than refilling the HP1200c cartridges. Now, as it appears I will be
using the BLACK ink much more than the color inks what about bulk ink
(color too) say in pints? I do not see anything other than the kits
listed.
Second question: on the T018 cartridge your manual shows the capacity
to be 8 cc. Is that for each color?
Now, you folks need to get to work on a kit for the Epson 1270!!!!

Epson Stylus Color 880.
I was so very pleased to find that included with the ink were such
comprehensive directions. These directions explained, in detail, the
process and theory of how to fill, and get the longest life out of
each
individual ink cartridge. I was then even FURTHER surprised to see
that
there is ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE between your inks and genuine Epson
inks
when printed. Whether on plain paper or at 2880 dpi on photo paper,
you
simply can not tell the difference in the quality. I am EXTREMELY
pleased,
and I will most definitely be buying from you again in the future!

ink and inkjet kits from you (and refer friends to your
website)………..I have to commend you on the instructions you give
to fill the cartridges. I was able to teach it quite simply to my
father for his printer. I had used other kits in the past, but your
directions were the best………One thing I have learned is that not
all the inks are the same, that is I don’t believe all inks work as
well. Your ink works for me and it works for my dad. Numerous friends
would agree as I have taught them how to refill their cartridges with
your ink instead of paying the costly fees to replace the cartridges.
(Boy, did the printer companies learn the business model of Gillette
to give away the razor and make money off the blades!)

success. I have lots of ink on hand. I had an Epson Stylus Color 600.
I purchased a Apollo P-2200. This printer is Made by Hewlett-Packard.
The ink cartridges ( Black and Color cartridges and the insides are
exactly the same. Only the name Apollo is different.) Are Hewlett
Packard. I need the instructions for filling this type of cartridge.
